Team entry is $450.00 per roster. The event uses a 5v5 flag passing format with a 4-game guarantee, transitioning into a balanced single-elimination playoff bracket based on pool-play records.
Matches are played on Saturday at Robin Bledsoe Park from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST). Gate admission is $10 per adult spectator, while children 12 and under, roster athletes, and head coaches enter free.
All athletes must be cleared through Sports Thread and hold a valid digital player eligibility card. Coaches must complete these digital roster updates before their team’s scheduled tournament check-in time.
