All players must wear a mouthpiece. In 7v7, all players must wear a helmet and a mouthpiece.
Yes, but we do not allow any handoffs in 7v7.
Regular season games do not feature a tiebreaker or overtime period. Overtime is strictly reserved for playoff games. During the playoffs, a coin flip determines the first possession.
