How Teams are Rostered
CenTex Sports works to create teams that are convenient for families and help players compete alongside others from their local community. Players are primarily rostered based on home location and the schools in their area.
Whenever possible, we group athletes with players who attend the same school or nearby schools to help keep teams local and make practices and team communication easier for families.
If there are not enough players from one centralized area to form a complete team, we will place players on the closest available team within their division.
Our goal is to build balanced teams while keeping players as close to their local school and community as possible.
Metal spikes are strictly forbidden across all hybrid grass facility surfaces to protect the turf roots and sub-layers. Athletes must utilize molded rubber cleats or specialized athletic training shoes.
Our games are centered at premium multi-sport complexes located directly along the Loop 363 corridor. Coaches and registered program managers receive interactive facility maps and field assignments instantly upon team checkout.
Our partner facilities utilize advanced all-weather hybrid grass systems designed for superior drainage and root durability. Leagues proceed through normal rainfall, only halting operations if standing lightning enters an 8-mile radius of the complex.
Every football coach inside our youth tackle division must successfully pass a comprehensive background screening and hold an active, verified safety certification before entering the team sideline area.
